Erin Reppenhagen is a mezzo-soprano living in New York City. She was most recently seen making her Lincoln Center debut singing the first-prize piece in the National Music & Global Culture Society’s International Composition Competition written by Kian Ravaei. Next month, Erin will be performing in Jessica Meyer’s faculty recital at the Manhattan School of Music on March 18 at 7:30pm.

Erin is thrilled to be working with the Berkshire Opera Festival this August to perform the role of Flora Bervoix in their production of La traviata.

During the 2023-24 season, Erin made her Kaufman Music Center debut as Madame de Chantal in the Berkshire Opera Festival’s workshop of Anthony Davis’ new opera The Reef. Erin has been premiering new works and recently performed a piece written by Thomas Palmer at the Tenri Cultural Institute. She was also seen in the role of Thurza in scenes from Ethel Smyth’s opera Les Naufrageurs with Ithaca Opera Studio.

In 2019 Erin made her Carnegie Hall debut as a featured soloist in Ralph Vaughn Williams’ Serenade to Music at the Manhattan School of Music’s centennial concert. Other Previous credits include Flora Bervoix (La traviata), Miss Todd (The Old Maid & the Thief), Sesto (La Clemenza di Tito), Meg/ Aunt Cecilia (Little Women), Mrs. Bass (Emmeline), Monitor (Suor Angelica), La Madre di Mariuccia (I due Timidi),  Witch (Hänsel und Gretel), and Fortuna/Mercurio (L’incoronazione di Poppea).

Erin is an alumna of the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam (BM) and the Manhattan School of Music (MM).
